Hotel Reservation

• We choose the hotels in the congress city already two to three years prior to the congress and arrange binding reservation contracts with the hotels.
• We offer the hotel rooms to the congress participants at the same rates as the hotels.
• We receive the hotel room reservations and handle them responsibly with the hotels.
• 24 hours before the arrival of the guests we perform a final check, so that every guest surely gets the hotel room he has booked. 
• During the congress we set up a hotel counter for last minute bookings and changes of reservation.
